Two individuals from Carthage were arrested for Breaking and Entering of a West End home.
Sheriff Godfrey said in a news release that Matthew Miller, 23, and Veronica Miller, 42, were arrested Monday afternoon just after 1:00 p.m.
Matthew Miller and Veronica Miller were both charged with one count of Breaking and Entering, one count of Larceny after breaking and entering, one count of Possession of Stolen Goods and one count of Obtaining Property by False Pretense.
Matthew Miller was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $5,000 secured bond.
Veronica Miller was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $500 secured bond.
According to arrest records, both are due in court January 9th.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
