Two men from Aberdeen were arrested last week on first degree kidnapping charges.
Moore County Deputies arrested Lakie R. Fogee, 60, and Derrick I. Locklear, 37, Thursday, according to a news release from the Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
Both suspects were charged with first degree kidnapping and robbery with a dangerous weapon. Bond was set at $150,000 for Fogee, and Locklear was placed under a $50,000 bond.
Authorities did not release the victim’s identity or relationship to suspects.
The suspects are scheduled to appear in court on October 28 and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
