Taylor Dance is excited to announce that registration is now open for their Broadway Bound program. Launching this fall, Broadway Bound (“B2”) is a conservatory-type program designed especially for students grades 3-12 who are interested in musical theater and eager to develop their skills and craft.
Over the course of the year, all B2 students will receive weekly acting/voice class, weekly dance class (either beginning or intermediate/advanced), six Guest Artist Saturday workshops, and on-stage performance experiences via full-length show workshops. All instruction will be geared to musical theater performance.
Should B2 students wish for greater dance instruction, they can additionally cross enroll in Taylor Dance classes, selected for them based on their level of skill and experience.
Moreover, to provide maximum flexibility, if an existing Taylor Dance student is interested in aspects of B2 but is not able to commit to the entirety of the program, he or she may register ala carte for any part of the program: performance workshops culminating in full-length shows, acting/voice class, dance class, and guest artists workshops.
Finally, Taylor Dance will continue to offer stand alone performance workshop opportunities through their Imagine Youth Theater productions.
Over the summer, Taylor Dance will offer programs at the National Athletic Village (NAV), including their summer dance intensive and “Getting to Know Oklahoma” theater workshop.
