Right at Home – Sandhills announces that Katie Meier has joined Right at Home Sandhills as Community Liaison. Katie will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and community representation for Right at Home in the expanded territory of Lee and Moore County. She will be directly responsible for implementation of the RightCare initiative with focus on transitional care with physicians, hospitals, SNF’s, rehabs, home health and hospice organizations. Katie will report to Kristi Johnston, Regional Director of the Sandhills region.

Katie is a graduate of Radford University in Radford, Virginia with a BS in Communication and Public Relations. Most recently Katie worked as a Home Health Coordinator for Brookdale Home Health. Prior to moving to North Carolina Katie was Sales Manager for Brookdale Senior Living in Colorado Springs, CO. She also was a Physician Liaison for The Center for Vein Restoration in Fairfax, VA. Katie and her husband Mike live in Vass, NC with their dog Harper. Her husband Captain Mike Meier is a West Point Graduate stationed at Fort Bragg, NC.
