Senators aim control prep sports group not remove it

Unbeaten – That is how the Lady Patriot Soccer team ended their regular season Monday night with a 9-0 mercy rule win at home against Purnell Swett. Think about that. 20 wins, zero losses and one tie.

As impressive an accomplishment that is, Coach Corey Rice and his team has always had their sights on winning the state championships. That begins with the first round on May 7.

Before then, they play in a conference tournament beginning Wednesday night at home.

At that game, the seniors and their parents will be honored.
