A Jackson Springs man was arrested for drug charges in the Seven Lakes Food Lion parking lot on Wednesday, according to a press release from Moore County Sheriff’s Department.

Daniel Allen Harman, from the 1300 block of Belford Church Road, was arrested after deputies conducted a drug investigation in the Seven Lakes Food Lion parking lot.  After their search, deputies seized two grams of crystal methamphetamine, 26 buprenorphine strips (Suboxone), seven dosage units of Alprazolam, assorted drug paraphernalia and $700 in cash, according to Sheriff Neil Godfrey.

Harman, age 23, was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule III controlled-substance, selling and delivering a schedule III controlled-substance, possession with the intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled-substance, the felony possession of methamphetamine, the felony maintaining of a vehicle for the storage of a controlled-substance, simple possession of a schedule III controlled-substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer.

According to arrest records, Harmon has a $150,000 secured bond with a September 12th court date.
