The Sandhills Woman’s Exchange, 15 Azalea Road, will host a special Mosaic Workshop taught by Diane Flanegan on Monday, February 18, in the New Year.
With the beginner in mind, Diane will include the fundamentals of design, safe tool usage plus additional hands-on help from two artisan friends. Each workshop guest will complete one mosaic glass mirror in personal color choices.
The $40 pp cost includes all supplies, light snacks, coffee, tea or soda. The first class is scheduled for 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. with a limited seating of 15 participants. If the first class is full, there will be a second class from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The Sandhills Woman’s Exchange closes for the winter on Friday, December 21, and reopens on February 5 for the spring season. Opening hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.Tuesdays through Saturdays Lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
