A multi-agency operation has yielded the arrest of a West End man Friday and landed the suspect with a $150,000 bond.

Jamere Tyreese Monroe, 23, was arrested on multiple drug charges when Moore County Sheriff’s Deputies, Pinehurst Police, Taylortown Police, and the Southern Pines Police searched the suspect’s home with an obtained warrant, according to a news release from The Moore County Sheriff’s Department.

During the search, deputies seized three grams of marijuana, six dosage units of Oxycodone pills, four dosage units of Oxymorphone pills, one dosage unit of Alprazolam pills, one gram of cocaine, two firearms, items of drug paraphernalia and $1,255.

The total street value of the seized drugs is approximately $352, according to the news release.

Monroe was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance-(Oxycodone), Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance-(Oxymorphone), Trafficking Opium or Heroin, Felony Possession of Cocaine, (2 counts)-Possession of Firearm by Felon, Maintain Vehicle/Dwell/Place Controlled Substance, Simple Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia.

Monroe has a July 24 court date and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
