Blanche Auman Nall, age 87, passed away peacefully at First Health Hospice House on Thursday, December 27, 2018.  

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Robbins First Baptist Church, where she was a member, with the Reverend  Danny Meetze and Reverend Kenneth McNeill officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Rest Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 2:00 PM in the Sanctuary.  A time of fellowship will follow the committal in the Worship and Fellowship Center of the church.

Blanche was born in Randolph County to Leland and Cletus Freeman Auman, the eighth of thirteen children.   She graduated from Seagrove High School, where she was Senior Class President and played basketball. She married D. R. Nall, Jr  in 1950 and they raised 4 children together. After the children started school she worked for many years with her husband, at Tarheel Drug in Robbins.   Blanche enjoyed both vegetable and flower gardening and arranging her beautiful flowers. She also took pleasure in cooking for and spending time with all her family.  Blanche enjoyed outdoors activities, like camping and playing horseshoes. She also enjoyed card games with family and friends. She loved the Lord and was an active member of her church, singing in the choir, participating in Sunday School and Women on Mission.  Blanche was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, D. R. Nall, Jr.; sisters: Vivian Hinesley, Mae Davis, Virginia Phillips, Betty Jean Auman; brothers: Robert, Treece, Clarence and R. H. Auman; son in law: Randy L. Smith.

Blanche is survived by son: Steve and wife Sherry; daughters: Karen Monroe and husband Al, Ina Hussey and husband Steven, Leah Smith; grandchildren: Jeremy and wife Kendall, Daniel and wife Rachel, Stephanie and husband Brandon, Alison and husband Tyler, Brandon and wife Erin, Brett, Natalie and husband Brian, Olivia and husband Joseph, Danielle; great grandchildren: Riley, Emme, Karis, Wyatt, Maverick, Harper, Reagan, Bennett, Jonah, Raelyn, Naomi; sister: Lucy Maness; brothers: Boyd, Harvey and Franklin Auman; many nieces, nephews and friends.
