Hazel Williams Collins, went to her heavenly home, Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at FirstHealth  Richmond Memorial Hospital.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 29, 2018  at Pine Grove Baptist Church, with the Reverend Bill Reynolds and Reverend Russell Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 2 PM and on Friday, September 28, 2018  beginning at 6 PM, at the home.

Hazel was a native of Moore County. She was a lady, devoted to God, who loved caring and giving to others. Hazel cared for her home and was a devoted wife.  She lived in many places as her husband’s work demanded. Hazel was a cherished sister, aunt and friend to many. She was a daughter of the late Jim and Laura Maness Williams and was preceded in death by husband, of 64 years, Elex O”Briant Collins; brothers: Royster Williams, Lendon Williams; sisters: Florence Deaton, Eliza Myrick, Lizzie Bray, Omma Maness, Madie Maness, Evelyn Brady.

Hazel is survived by sister: Elgie Underwood; many nieces, nephews and friends.
