Justin Michael Casillas, 19 of Aberdeen, passed away suddenly on June 16, 2018.

He was born on July 12, 1998 in Moore County to John R. and Carron J. Casillas. Justin was a self-less, compassionate and super positive individual that enjoyed assisting others. Justin constantly encouraged others and provided a genuine friendship to all he had met.

Justin will be remembered as a free spirit that had a passion for the game of Rugby and was a strong contributor to the Rugby community. Justin was known for his practical jokes, and having a knack for bringing a smile out of anyone. If he was not spending time with his dog or his girlfriend, Justin would spend time with his father working on his jeep. The one animal Justin loved as much as his dog, was monkeys. He had loved monkeys since his father bought him an oversized stuffed toy for his 4th birthday.

He worked for the Pinehurst Hotel while pursuing his education.

In addition to his parents, Justin is survived by two brothers, Joshua John and Jason John Casillas; and cousin, Macie Schepp.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Boles Funeral Home in Southern Pines. The family will receive friends following the service.

Memorial contributions in Justin’s name may be made to a Go Fund Me Page set up by his family https://www.gofundme.com/justin-casillas039-memorial-service.
