Terry Allen Buie, age 50, of Lakeview, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
Terry was born in Sanford, North Carolina on July 8, 1969, to the late William and Thelma Buie in addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jackie Wicker. Terry proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a loving father, brother, nephew and friend and will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
He is survived by his daughter, Haydyn B. Blue of Cameron; brother, Dean Buie of Hoffman; sister, Pam of Sanford; a special niece, Keri Buie of Sanford; uncles, Jerry Buie of Siler City and Stanley Buie (Kathy) of Vass and a very special friend Paul Salmon of Carthage.
