Warren K. Marks, Sr. 87, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2019 at his home, surrounded by his family.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at Aberdeen First Baptist Church, with  Rev Deacon Scott Conway officiating. Burial, with Military Honors will follow at Bethesda Cemetery.

Kieth was a native of Richmond County NC. He received the Eagle Scout Award in 1948. After graduating from high school he served his country in the United States Army, during the Korean War.  After his military service he continued to serve as an officer with the Southern Pines Police Department. Then, serving as a deputy with the Moore County ABC. Kieth, then began a career with the NASA Missile Division at Cape Canaveral Fl.  Later he moved to New York and began his career with Pan American Airlines. After 32 years, he retired as the Regional Director of Logistics for JFK airport, Miami airport and the West Coast operations.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.  He enjoyed anytime that he spent with his family. Kieth was the son of the late Henry Lawrence Marks and Ruth Swink Marks and was preceded in death by his 3 brothers Jimmy, Johnny and Billy.

Kieth is survived  by his wife of 68 years, Frances; daughters: Cynthia Conway and her husband Jim; Susan Marvin and her husband Carl; sons: Warren Keith Marks, Jr,, James Richard Marks and his wife Barbara, Anthony Wayne Marks and his wife Tina;  grandchildren: Scott Conway and wife Kristen, Tracey Immerso and husband John, David Conway and wife Trish, Brittney Rowland and husband Brett, Phillip DesRoches and wife Elizabeth, Zachary Marks, Justin Marks; 10 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends at their home on Sunday from 2 to 5 PM and Monday from 6 to 8 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, Attn: Office of Development, 2900 N. Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607.
