The members of Sandy Pines North Carolina Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. (TLOD) announced the chartering and induction of thirteen teens to the Sandy Pines North Carolina Chapter of Top Teens of America (TTA) on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at the Henderson Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Lilesville, NC.
Members of Sandy Pines North Carolina Chaper of TLOD sponsored the thirteen teens.
The Sandy Pines teens are the latest group to attain membership in Area IV which comprises North and South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and the island of Jamaica.
The Chapter will service the Sandhills Region.
The following teens were inducted: Teen Nevaeh Barnes, Teen Christopher Blackwell, Teen Janae Blackwell, Teen Jacequline Cherry, Teen Mallory Cox, Teen Syndee Davis, Teen Chenoa Gaddy, Teen Wykeria Little, Teen Kaylen Madden, Teen MaKayla Marshall, Teen Alexis Smith-McCoy, Teen Courtney Sturdivant, II, and Teen Owenn Taylor.
Numerous individuals supported the new teens including Lady Carmen Casasola, Sandy Pines North Carolina TLOD President; Lady Fannie Ratliff, Sandy Pines North Carolina TTA Advisor; Lady OnJerya Smith, Sandy Pines North Carolina TTA Assistant Advisor; Lady Teresa A. Smith, Sandy Pines North Carolina Chapter Organizer; and Ladies of Sandy Pines North Carolina Chapter TLOD, Inc. ®; Lady Barbara Stowe, Area IV TTA Advisor; Lady Krista Hinson, Area IV Assistant TTA Advisor; Teen Ashley Campbell, National TTA 2nd Vice President; Teen Demetria Hudson, Area IV TTA President; National TTA Financial Secretary; Teen Jamarre Cook, Area IV TTA Recording Secretary Teen Jordynn Foster; Area IV TTA Assistant Recording Secretary Teen Michaela Gathings; and other TLOD and TTA officials and members from Queen City, Raleigh, Wendell, and Winston Salem Chapters.
A host of other community members and families were present to support this most worthy group of teens.
