UPDATE: Southern Pines Police identified and arrested Brandon Burris Brown, 29, of Cordova, N.C., on Thursday, and charged him with felony larceny from a merchant, removing/destroying/deactivating a security device.
The Southern Pines Police Department announced on their Facebook page Wednesday they are seeking the public’s help in identifying a person of interest.
“This person of interest was recorded inside of a business at Pinecrest Plaza on October 5, 2019, where a larceny occurred,” said Southern Pines Police Department.
