SPPD members recognized for outstanding performance

The Southern Pines Police Department is asking its citizens to provide valuable insight through a Citizen Satisfaction Survey.

The anonymous survey will provide the department with valuable information such as how the department is perceived, quality of service, and areas of improvement.

The online survey will be conducted December 5 through January 31, 2019 and can be access by clicking on the link:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2FZTKTL.

The Southern Pines Police Chief is urging citizens the importance of the survey.

“We seek to work together as we address the myriad of issues and concerns that face society with the goal of making a positive difference in the lives of our friends and neighbors,” said Southern Pines Police Chief Robert Temme. “We work together with other agencies, with other aspects of local and regional government, and with you, our constituent groups, to solve problems by using a cross-functional approach. Please partner with us as we all have a role in achieving the goal of public safety. The survey is just one way you can partner with your police department and play an important role in improving our services.”

The survey should take less than five minutes to complete.
