The Moore County Airport and all those behind the Festival D’Avion should stand up and take a bow. What a simply fascinating celebration of vintage and military aircraft this past weekend. If you missed it, we certainly hope they will hold another next year.
This three-day event featured classic WWII planes, military aircraft, vintage planes, and even some vintage cars. There was great food, great music, skydiving, helicopter tours, a BBQ cook-off, and just about everything for people of all ages to enjoy.
