Emergency crews responded to a three vehicle accident on Hwy 15-501 in Aberdeen just south of Burney Hardware on Saturday at approximately 11:15 am. A black SUV struck the back of a Toyota Tundra that had slowed to turn, causing another vehicle to be hit. The black SUV suffered extensive damaged to the front end. The occupants of the Tundra were injured and treated by EMS. Aberdeen Police provided traffic control while emergency crews worked on the scene.
Responding the to accident were Aberdeen Fire & Rescue, Moore County EMS, and Aberdeen Police Department.
