A Carthage woman is accused of vandalizing police cars at the Sheriff’s Department.

Keyasia Nicole Wyatt, 20, was ‘found damaging vehicles in the parking lot of the Rick Rhyne Public Safety Center’ Friday, said a news release from Moore County Sheriff’s Department.

The release said the suspect was busting patrol cars’ windows and breaking and entering into motor vehicles.

“Deputies restrained Wyatt, but not before she had caused damage to four vehicles,” said the department. Three of the damaged cars were patrol cars.

Wyatt was charged with: two counts of felony breaking and/or entering of a motor vehicle, four counts of misdemeanor injury to personal property, and one count of misdemeanor resisting a public officer.

Wyatt was jailed under a $200,000 bond, has a January 24 court date and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
