Two individuals from Robbins were arrested on July 25, 2017 for numerous drug violations, according to a news report from the Moore County Sheriff’s Office.  

The Moore County Sheriff’s Office and the Robbins Police Department had a search warrant for 442 East Lindale Drive in Robbins.  During their search, law enforcement seized eight grams of methamphetamine, 36 grams of marijuana, assorted drug paraphernalia and $393.00 in cash. Total street value of seized drugs is approximately $3,280.00.

According to Sheriff Godfrey, David Clayton Hagen, 43, and Terrie Fields Lammonds, 33, were arrested following the search of their residence. Hagen was charged with two counts of possession with the intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, the felony possession of methamphetamine, selling and delivery of methamphetamine, possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana, two counts of felony maintaining a dwelling for the storage of a controlled-substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Lammonds was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, the felony possession of methamphetamine, possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana, the felony maintaining of a dwelling for the storage of a controlled-substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both Hagen and Lammonds were placed in the Moore County Detention Center, and Hagen was given a $125,000 secured bond while Lammonds was given a $75,000 secured bond.  Both individuals have an August 8th District Court date.
