3 arrested on felony drug charges in Robbins

Three suspects were arrested Thursday on several drug charges.

Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields announced the arrests Friday morning.

“Deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of East Salisbury Street,” said Fields. “The executed search warrant was conducted at the conclusion of a drug investigation.”

Arrested were:

Thomas Cole, 45, of Robbins:

Charges- possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule IV controlled substance, simple possession of schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, and misdemeanor maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances. He was placed under a $10,000 secured bond.

Susan Cole, 44, of Robbins:

Charges- possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule IV controlled substance, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, simple possession of schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was placed under a $10,000 secured bond.

Elijah Cole, 18, of Robbins:

Charges- possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. The suspect was placed under a $5,000 secured bond.

Suspects are scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on March 24 and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
