Four suspects were arrested after the police searched a Southern Pines’ home Wednesday.

Moore County Sheriff’s Deputies and Southern Pines Police Officers searched a residence in the 100 block of Tray Street and seized 171 grams of marijuana, two dosage units of oxycodone pills, firearm, items of drug paraphernalia and $349 in cash, said Moore County Sheriff’s Office.

The street value of the drugs is $1,620.

Arrested were Immanuel Jarie Brown, 21, and Margaret Dionne Hamilton, 50, both occupants of the searched home.  Also arrested were  Rashawn Marques Woods, 28, of Aberdeen, and Dontae Demetrius Ramey, 20, from Georgia.

Brown was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Felony Possession of Marijuana, Maintain Vehicle/Dwell/Place Controlled Substance, Possession of Firearm by Felon, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia. The suspect was given a $130,000 bond.

Hamilton was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Felony Possession of Marijuana, Maintain Vehicle/Dwell/Place Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia. Hamilton was placed under a $5,000 bond.

Woods was charged with Simple Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was given a $5,000 bond.

Ramey was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Maintain Vehicle/Dwell/Place Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana greater than ½ Ounce and Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia. The suspect was placed under a $10,000 bond.

All four defendants are scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on August 14 and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
