4 arrested for drugs following search

Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields announced the drug arrests of four individuals following a search in the Southern Pines area of Moore County.

On August 25, deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence on Fairway Avenue. The executed search warrant was conducted at the conclusion of a drug investigation.

Arrested:
Tommy Davis, 63, of Aberdeen:

Charges- Possession of Cocaine, Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling Place for Controlled Substances, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Bond: $10,000 secured.

Julie Patterson, 51, of Aberdeen:

Charges- Possession of Cocaine, Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling Place for Controlled Substances, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Bond: $10,000 secured.

Amanda Chavis, 60, of Aberdeen:

Charges- Possession of Cocaine, Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling Place for Controlled Substances, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Bond: $10,000 secured.

Jeffrey Miles, 55, of Southern Pines:

Charges- Possession of Cocaine, Maintaining a Vehicle Dwelling Place for Controlled Substances, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Bond: $10,000 secured.

Suspects are scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on September 3 and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
