Four individuals were arrested after the execution of a search warrant in West End, according to a news release from Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
The Moore County Sheriff’s Office, Pinehurst Police Department, and Taylortown Police Department searched a residence at 1516 Juniper Lake Road. During the search, the police seized two grams of cocaine, 13 dosage units of oxymorphone, 10 dosage units of suboxone, one dosage unit of clonazepam, two oxycodone tablets, five grams of marijuana and assorted drug paraphernalia. The total street value of seized drugs is approximately $1,500.00.
Four individuals were arrested in connection with the search and seized drugs, according to Sheriff Godfrey.
Henry Garris Gaddy, age 52 of 343 Lincoln Avenue, West End was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled-substance, possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled-substance, felony maintaining a vehicle for the storage of a controlled-substance and the possession of drug paraphernalia. Gaddy was placed in the Moore County Detention Center and given a $25,000 secured bond.
Lonzell McRae, age 73 of 1516 Juniper Lake Road, West End, was charged with simple possession of schedule II controlled-substance, simple possession of schedule IV controlled-substance, possession of up to half an ounce of a schedule VI controlled-substance and the possession of drug paraphernalia. McRae was released on a written-promise.
Katherine Lynn Chandler, age 23 of 116 Maple Street, Vass, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and absconding from probation. Chandler was placed in the Moore County Detention and given a $7,000 secured bond.
Charles Patrick Gallagher, age 30 of 1520 Juniper Lake Road, West End was charged with failure to appear on a previous possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Gallagher was placed in the Moore County Detention Center and given a $1,000 secured bond.
All four individuals have an August 22, 2017 District Court date from the arrests.
