Heavy smoke expected in Aberdeen as firefighters conduct live burn

A portion of Keyser Street in Aberdeen will be closed to traffic Thursday due to a live-fire training exercise.

Aberdeen Fire & Rescue announced on their Facebook page they will be doing the training from 6 – 10 p.m. and will have Keyser Street from Glasgow to 115 Keyser Street closed.

“During the training and throughout the night, smoke can be expected in the area and be heavy at times,” said the fire department.
