Two Academy of Moore County students recently received Masonic Merit awards.
The recognition plaques were awarded to Tristan Ballard, standing left in picture, and Brooklyn Pettine, right in picture, for their academic progress during the last term.
Since its inception in 2018, 32 fourth and fifth graders have received the award at the school in Aberdeen.
