Boles Funeral Home Commitment at time of loss

Boles Funeral Home is committed at a time of loss.

Boles Funeral Home recently offered drive-thru visitation to a family during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company takes pride in meeting custom requests because treating each family like the first-ever served is what makes their service second to none, and this is their motto.

The family-oriented business began in 1984 and has provided caring, complete, and professional services to families in their time of loss.

Facilities are located in Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Seven Lakes, and Sanford, and the company has 30 employees.

“We are here for our community even during a pandemic,” said Funeral Director Emily Boles. “This is our calling, and we are here to serve and maintain our excellence while following guidelines. We have always been outside of the box thinkers, therefore, when a family requested a drive-thru visitation, they knew to turn to us. Anything is possible at Boles even during a pandemic.”

Gatherings of 50 or more are not yet permitted under Governor Cooper’s COVID-19 phase 2. To protect community members, only private services limited to family and close friends with no public visitations and drive-thru are available. They are pursuing options on remotely broadcasting services over the internet. Direct questions to their management team.

Boles Funeral Home’s website explains that the company offers service from the beginning of the initial loss and assists with steps needed for the entire process. They are there for their community to answer simple questions and difficult questions to help deal with the loss of a loved one.

The company offers peace of mind with preplanning, and they offer grief support, a variety of monuments, online obituaries, and they offer aftercare to support grieving families.

Their Southern Pines phone number is (910) 692-6262. Pinehurst is (910) 235-0366. Seven Lakes is (910) 673-7300. Sanford is (919) 775-3434.
