Breaking and entering suspect arrested

A suspect in a breaking and entering investigation has been arrested, said Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields in a statement.

William Brown, 22, of Robbins, was arrested on April 13. He was placed under a $50,000 bond and charged with six counts of felony breaking or entering a motor vehicle, six counts of felony breaking or entering, and twelve counts of felony possession of stolen goods.

“Between November 22, 2021 and April 11, 2022 the Moore County Sheriff’s Office received multiple reports of breaking or entering to vehicles and buildings throughout the Westmoore and Robbins areas of Moore County where various tools were stolen,” said Fields.

The suspect is expected in court on May 18 and is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
