A Cameron woman was arrested Wednesday for stabbing two people, said Moore County Sheriff’s Office in a news release.

Detectives arrested Mariah Faith McBride, 23, and charged her with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill inflicting serious injury. 

Authorities were called to a home on Oliver Drive in Cameron early Wednesday morning and found two victims ‘suffering from apparent stab wounds.’

The victims were transported to the hospital with serious injuries. The news release did not state the name of the individuals.

McBride was jailed under a $500,000 secured bond, has a February 23 court date and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
