Moore County Deputies arrested a local man for breaking and entering and larceny of a motor vehicle.
Alan Ray Wilkes, 45, of Carthage, was arrested Thursday and placed in the Moore County Detention Center. Wilkes was charged with breaking and entering, felony larceny, possession of stolen goods, larceny of motor vehicle, and the possession of stolen motor vehicle, according to a news release from Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
Wilkes was placed under a $10,000 secured bond and has a May 8th court date.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
