China Garden Buffet new address decor

John and Winnie Lin, owners of China Garden Buffet, are serving take-out from their new location during COVID-19 Phase 2. They purchased the property at 1505 N Sandhills Blvd, formerly Ruby Tuesdays, a year ago and invested in remodeling.

China Garden Buffet’s new décor begins at the entrance with blue tiles and extends into the seating area with custom woodwork carvings with an oriental design. The atmosphere says, “fresh, friendly and family.”

The Lins have been serving the community for over 21 years and want to continue.

“We have invested time, money and effort in our new place for our customers,” Winnie Lin said.

They hired more staff for the take-out service and provide masks and more sanitizers.

Within the next two weeks, China Garden Buffet will provide a scoop service along with orders from the menu to speed up the process and to create the “buffet effect.”

China Garden Buffet is a family success.

John’s parents began the popular restaurant, and John’s brother, Ben Tung, moved from Seattle, WA to join the family business.

“Mom and Dad still work here too,” Winnie said.

Call the Lins at (910) 944-1668 to order from the menu for speedy lunch service or dinner or drive up and place your order.
