Back in October 2016, 3 year old Kaleigh Graham was the victim of a gunshot wound while playing outside in Southern Pines. Kaleigh recovered, but the injury left him paralyzed in a wheelchair.
On June 22nd, 2017, Southern Pines Police Department, Southern Pines Fire Department, Aberdeen Fire Department, Moore County EMS, New Home Church in Vass, and other members of the community came together to build a wheelchair ramp for the outside of Kaleigh’s home.
