The Moore County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services announced it is near capacity. All adoption fees are being waived until further notice.
The Carthage shelter, located at 5235 Highway 15-501, is open 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday – Friday and 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday.
Honeydew is one of the residents looking for a new family.
She is a domestic shorthair, 4-6 years old, and will be spayed soon.
