Two men are facing drug charges after Moore County deputies arrested the pair on Thursday.

Moore County Sheriff Fields announced the arrests Friday in a statement. A search warrant was obtained after a drug investigation, said Fields.

Rodney Dale Cagle and Casey Colon Tanner, both from Eagle Springs, were arrested after deputies “executed a search warrant at a residence in the 600 block of Possum Holler Road.”

Cagle, 41, is facing charges of possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule I controlled substance, felony possession of schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substance, simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cagle also had an outstanding warrant for misdemeanor larceny. He was placed under a $25,000 secured bond.

Tanner, 43, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule I controlled substance, felony possession of schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a  vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The suspect’s secured bond was set at $25,000.

Both suspects have a July 16 court date and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
