Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields announced in a news advisory the arrests of eight individuals following a search in the Eagle Springs area.
On Dec. 21, deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 500 block of Possum Holler Road in Eagle Springs.
During the investigation, deputies located heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, buprenorphine hydrochloride, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana paraphernalia.
The search warrant was executed after a drug investigation.
Arrested were:
*Heather Lee Locklear, 62, of Eagle Springs:
Charges- possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin, possession of heroin, possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bond: criminal summons.
*Crystal Anne Medlin, 47, of Cameron:
Charges- possession of heroin, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bond: $25,000 secured.
*Danielle Marie Hatcher, 43, of Cameron:
Charges- possession of heroin, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
Bond: $25,000 secured.
*Thomas Fletcher Beaver, 39, of Jackson Springs:
Charges- outstanding warrants out of Montgomery County for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting a public officer, and assault on a government official/employee.
Bond: $22,000 secured.
*Stephanie Renee Floyd, 31, of Eagle Springs:
Charges- possession of heroin, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bond: $25,000 secured.
*James Patrick Britt, 32, of Eagle Springs:
Charges- possession of drug paraphernalia. James Patrick Britt also had an outstanding warrant for child support.
Bond: $2,500 secured.
*Pierce Lee Norris, 36, of Eagle Springs:
Charges- possession of heroin, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bond: $25,000 secured.
*Joaquin Diaz, 33, of Eagle Springs:
Charges- possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bond: $40,000 secured.
All suspects are expected in court at the beginning of January and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
