There are two different programs offered to the citizens of Moore County:
SNAP Program – Free spay/neuter services for those citizens on government assistance programs. Please visit https://spayneutervet.org/ or call (910) 692-3499 for more information.
Fix’M Voucher – $25 voucher per animal for those who don’t qualify for SNAP but still need assistance. This program is based on your household income. Citizens need to come to Moore County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services to complete the necessary paperwork and pay the voucher fee.
