Hurricane Florence weakened into a tropical depression Sunday but is still wreaking havoc across Moore County.  Flooding is occurring around the area, and the county is under a tornado watch until 11:00 p.m. Sunday.

Half of Moore County is still without power as Florence is taking her time battering Moore.
