Antoinette “Annette/Gigi” Amster was born and raised in Tucson, AZ, but now calls Southern Pines, NC home – relocating here with her husband, Don, to be closer to her daughter, son-in-law, and 4 grandchildren.

Growing up in an Italian-American home, Annette’s passion and skill for cooking developed at the side of her mother, Anne, who lived and breathed family and food. Anne’s approach to cooking was intuitive and steeped in tradition, which she passed on to Annette, teaching her to find her own “Secret Ingredient” through love and experience rather than precise measurements.

Today, Antoinette continues this legacy, creating dishes that embody the essence of Italian cuisine, family, and tradition. In her kitchen, food and hospitality go hand in hand, inviting everyone to savor the warmth and love of a true Italian experience. Buon appetito!
