Three individuals were arrested after a search warrant was issued on June 15th, according to a news release. Felton Lee Blue, 52, and Stephanie Michelle Litton, 23, of Vass, and Tammy Sue Ring, 56, of Carthage were arrested by Moore County deputies.

The Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant of 844 Lobelia Road, Vass, North Carolina.  During the search of the residence, deputies seized: eight grams of cocaine, eight dosage units of crack-cocaine, 35 dosage units of Alprazolam, a schedule IV controlled-substance, three dosage units of Oxycodone, a schedule II controlled-substance, three Suboxone Strips, a schedule III controlled-substance, two dosage units of Zolpidem, a schedule IV controlled-substance and assorted drug paraphernalia. The total street value of seized drugs is approximately $1,200.00.

Blue and Litton were charged with: possession with the intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled-substance, the felony maintaining of a dwelling to keep a controlled-substance, simple possession of a schedule II controlled-substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled-substance and the possession of drug paraphernalia.

Blue was placed in the Moore County Detention Center and given a $75,000 secured bond with a June 27, 2017 District Court date, Litton was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond with a July 11, 2017 District Court date, and Ring was issued a citation for simple possession of schedule IV controlled-substance and the possession of drug paraphernalia.
