Bette Traynor Beardman, 96, died Sunday, December 24, 2017 at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal, VA.
A graveside service will be held at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Southern Pines, NC, December 30 at 2:00 p.m.
Born June 12, 1921 in Youngstown Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Amanda and Peter Traynor.
A longtime resident of Moore County, NC she was involved in her church, St Anthony Padua of Southern Pines and was involved in the area helping with “Meals on Wheels” and other community efforts and later spent time caring for her friends that needed her help.
She was predeceased by her husband of 56 years James C. Beardman. She is survived by many nieces and nephews that loved her dearly.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
