Alton “Fuzzy” Hall, age 75, of Cameron, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at his home, surrounded by his family.

A visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, 2019 at Cox Memorial Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Cameron Community Cemetery.

Fuzzy was born in Lemon Springs, North Carolina on March 7, 1944 to Sandy Weldon and Mary Margaret Hall. He spent his working career as a local farmer. He enjoy deer hunting and farming but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Brenda Whitaker Hall; children, Bobby Ray Hall of Carthage, Steven Hall (Pam) of Sanford, Kenneth Hall (Michelle) of Cameron, Angie Hall of Cameron; sister, Edna Cummings of Lemon Springs and Liza Cummings of Broadway; brother, Lester Hall of Sanford; grandchildren, Bobby, John, Thomas, Tyler, Cody, Mickey, Travis, Katie and Lindsey; seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Betty, Mae and Ruby, brothers, Weldon, John and Albert.
