Mr. Carl Leo Hill, 86, of Southern Pines, NC, died Thursday, January 24, 2019, at the FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst, NC.
Funeral Service: Monday, January 28, 2019, 12:00 Noon, Trinity AME Zion Church, 972 West Pennsylvania Ave, Southern Pines.
Visitation: Monday, January 28, 2019, 11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon, at the church. Entombment: Pinelawn Memorial Park, 1105 West Morganton Road, Southern Pines.
Mr. Hill was a longtime member of Jordan Chapel AME Zion Church, and he was a retired educator that worked for Moore County Schools over thirty years.
Survivors: Sister, Lelia Hill Stubbs; nieces and nephews, Odessa (Darius), James, Vonda, Tosca, Machita, Shareese, Darrell, Bobby (Linda), Reginald (Nancy), and Charles; several grandnieces and grandnephews; and other relatives.
