David R. Solomon, age 65, died Monday, January 21, 2019 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.
A celebration of life service will be conducted 3:30 PM Sunday, January 27, 2019 at the Marston Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Ritter officiating.
David was a mechanic at Bullock’s Service Center in Southern Pines for many years. He was a loving son, husband, father, brother and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Dennis Solomon and a brother, Stanley Solomon.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Smith Solomon, his son Josh Solomon and wife Melerie of Aiken, SC, a stepson, Robert Lambert of Rockingham, a stepdaughter, Heather Lambert of Marston, a daughter, Hailey Smith of Marston, a granddaughter, Natalie Ansley of Rockingham, his mother, Fannie Mae Solomon of Southern Pines, brothers, Dennis Solomon of Southern Pines, Larry Solomon and wife Terry of Aberdeen, sisters, Janet Aderholt of Pittsburgh, CA, Betsy Smith and husband Jimmy of Marston, Frances Bibey of Southern Pines, and Shirley Favela and husband Luis of Southern Pines.
