Janet Kay Webb of Rockingham passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021, in FirstHealth Moore Regional-Richmond at the age of 64.
Janet was born in Richmond County on December 9, 1956, to the late James and Christine Davis Wright. A lifetime resident of Rockingham, Janet loved and lived a life of joy and faith. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Rock of Ages Church in Rockingham. Janet enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family best friend, Donna Price, and especially her dog, Oreo. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Rebecca Michael and James Wright.
She is survived by her daughters, Necole Sweatt and her husband, Tim of Rockingham, Tina Snipes and her husband, Chris of Rockingham; her sisters, Jerry McDonald and her husband, John of Hamlet, Rachel Reese of Laurinburg; her grandchildren, Gracie, Davin, Gage, Bella.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, February 25, 2021 in Mt. Carmel Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Eddie Hildreth officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Rock of Ages Church Cemetery.
Care of the family is entrusted to Crumpler Funeral Home-Aberdeen.
