Raymond “Scott” Brown, 51, of Southern Pines, NC passed away June 17, 2020.
Scott was born in Pinehurst, NC on January 30,1969 to Raymond Anderson Brown and the late Frances Hughes Brown.
Scott attended Pinecrest High School, class of 1987. He loved all sports. He played JV Football for Pinecrest and announced basketball games there also. He was very good at sport statistics and could easily quote statistics for numerous players. He worked as a golf course attendant for several local courses. He worked the longest period with Pinehurst National but had most recently been employed with Mid Pines Golf Club.
He is survived by his father Raymond Brown and another extended family.
