Ricky Wayne Britt of Vass passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, in his home at the age of 66.
Mr. Britt was born in Kanawha County, WV to Morris E. Britt and Dreama Herald Britt. Ricky, a long-time resident of Vass, met his wife, Venise, and has two children together. He was a fun-loving family man. Ricky was a man that shined around everyone. He was a man that enjoyed the little things in life. Ricky found enjoyment in fishing, traveling, and cutting his lawn. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Morris Britt.
He leaves behind his wife, Venise; his children, Heather Lamb and her husband, Harold of Laurel Hill, Jami Britt of Cary; his grandchildren, Shannon, Anthony, Darien, and Lexi; his brother, Dickie Britt and his wife, Catherine of Laurinburg; his great-grandchildren, Nadia and A.J.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 28, 2021, at Crumpler Funeral Home between the hours of 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
