Royce Gray Edmonds, age 81, of Pinehurst, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at FirstHealth Hospice House, surrounded by his family.
A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Cameron Community Cemetery with Pastor Jared McNeill officiating with Military Honors.
Royce was born in Moore County on February 25, 1939 to the late John Howard and Leta Black Edmonds. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a son, Randy Dean Edmonds. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Reserves as a M.P. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Jane Edmonds; children, Rodney Edmonds and wife Malinda of Shallotte, Holly Edmonds of Wilmington, Mark Edmonds of Southern Pines and Scott Edmonds and wife Tina of Carthage and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
