Tyler Williams, 20, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2020.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Tabernacle United Methodist Church, with Reverend Vic Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Rest Cemetery.  The body will lie in state at Kennedy Funeral Home from 3 to 5 PM, Saturday, January 18, 2020 and on Sunday morning prior to the funeral service. The family will receive friends at the home of his grandparents: Arnold and Pam Williams at 640 Alex Rd., Eagle Springs, NC.

In lieu of a formal family visitation at the funeral home, the family has decided to do what Tyler would have been more comfortable with and enjoyed. Please join them to celebrate the life of Tyler Williams, Friday, January 17, 2020 from 5 to 8  PM at 640 Alex Rd., Eagle Springs, NC.

Tyler was a native of Moore County. He was a loving son, brother, grandson and nephew.  Tyler loved his family and enjoyed being at home with his dad. He enjoyed building model cars as a child and carried that enjoyment to restoring his “1992 Ford Ranger. “  He dedicated his time to the love of his life, Courtney, his best friend and sister Emily, and his best friend for life Austin. He also enjoyed seeing other classic and muscle cars with his family and friends. Tyler loved his dog “Buddy” and liked to go fishing, enjoying the outdoors. Tyler was preceded in death by grandparents: Gary and Martha Allen.

Tyler is survived by mother: Sherry Allen and Mark Hopler; father: Jeff Williams; sisters: Emily Williams, Olivia Hopler; girlfriend: Courtney McNeill; grandparents: Arnold and Pam Williams, Inez and Daris Deaton; great grandfather: Elwood Williams; and many friends.
