The Pinecrest Women’s Varsity Lacrosse team defeated visiting Cary High School Wednesday evening by a score of 20-3.
The Lady Patriots are in first place in Conference 6 with a record of six wins against only two losses.

Their next game is at home this Friday against Green Hope High School, another conference rival.
