Three individuals were arrested for drugs after authorities conducted a traffic stop in Robbins, according to Moore County Sheriff’s Office.

Moore County Sheriff’s Department and Robbins Police Department pulled over a 2009 Honda Accord on August 10th. After a search of the vehicle, deputies arrested Sarah Morgan Booth, age 22, Jaquan Deangelo Marley, age 22, and Devin Daquan Barrett, age 21.

Deputies seized 203 grams of a counterfeit-marijuana controlled-substance, three grams of marijuana, three grams of synthetic-marijuana, one gram of heroin, assorted drug paraphernalia, and $678.00 in US currency, stated Sheriff Godfrey.

Booth was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver a counterfeit controlled-substance, selling and delivering a counterfeit controlled-substance, conspiring to sell and deliver a counterfeit controlled-substance, felony possession of heroin, the felony maintaining of a vehicle for the storage of a controlled-substance, possessing less than half an ounce of marijuana, and the possession of drug paraphernalia.  Booth was given a $100,000 unsecured bond. 
 
Marley was charged with felony possession of heroin, conspiring to sell and deliver a counterfeit controlled-substance, the felony maintaining of a vehicle for the storage of a controlled-substance, possessing less than half an ounce of marijuana, and the possession of drug paraphernalia.  Marley was placed in the Moore County Detention Center and given a $100,000 secured bond. 
 
Barrett was charged with felony possession of heroin, conspiring to sell and deliver a counterfeit controlled-substance, the felony maintaining of a vehicle for the storage of a controlled-substance, possessing synthetic marijuana (spice), possessing less than half an ounce of marijuana, and the possession of drug paraphernalia.  Barrett was placed in the Moore County Detention Center and given a $125,000 secured bond. 

Booth and Barrett are from Asheboro, NC, and Marley is from Ramseur, NC, according to arrest records.

All three individuals have an August 22, 2017 District Court date.
